Enrolments
The listed items below are required when you submit your enrolment forms:
Childs birth certificate
Immunisation statement from ACIR (Child Health Nurse book no longer acceptable)
Passport / VISA / permanent residence information if born outside of Australia
Proof of residency in the form of one of the following:
- Drivers licence
- Lease agreement
- Utilities bill
- Rates notice
