Welcome to Kindy 2025
If your child is born between 01 July 2020 – 30 June 2021 (4 years old by 30 June 2025) you may apply to enrol your child at Tuart Rise Primary School for Kindergarten for 2025.
Before you start please make sure you have copies of the following (as you will be required to upload these before you submit).
Please make sure they are clear copies (if they are photo’s of documents).

- Proof of residence in the form of one of the following:
- Lease agreement
- A current utility bill,
- proof of ownership of property (for example rates notices, deeds, mortgage),
- Driver’s License,
- Purchase of property documents.
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of residence in the form of one of the following:

Please note that Kindy Enrolments Applications do not close until 19 July 2024. We will notify you after this date regarding your application. Please make sure you keep your details up to date with us, including email addresses.
After you are notified that your child has been accepted for Kindy in 2025 we will also require a current copy of your child’s Australian Immunisation Statement that is UP TO DATE and copies of any VISA paperwork and/or Family Court Orders.
